Your custom bandanas have a choice of two fabrics. Pima Lawn Cotton, which is a 100% natural cotton fabric that is soft and silky to the touch. With a matte finish, this fabric only allows some light to shine through it which gives minimum show through and only slightly reveals the pattern on the reverse when held up to the light. Lightweight, this smooth fabric is very airy and can be worn for hours without making you feel stuffy. Strong and durable, it has a slightly stiffened quality to it so that it retains its shape well once you have positioned and styled your personalised bandana. You may also choose our 100% Real Silk Satin. This luxurious fabric has a breath-taking drape, soft handle, and the frictionless qualities provide a treat for your skin. Breathable and lightweight, your silk satin custom bandana exudes effortless style.
Our permanent digital printing techniques create a textureless, fade-resistant print on all custom bandanas with bright colour intensity and precise details. Hand cut and sewn to order, and finished with a chic pin hem, only 4 mm of your design goes into making the hemming of the fabric, which you can choose to have done in either black or white stitching thread. You can clearly see the bleed areas marked out in our design interface to help you work out which part will be used.
Available in a choice of three sizes, your custom printed bandanas are truly what you make of them, so whatever you intend to use customised bandanas for, the only limit is your imagination.
We offer an optional tin case for you to use as storage or as a beautiful gift box. At 220 mm x 160 mm x 24 mm and weighing approximately 280g, it is light and convenient for travel. Add your own print or leave it plain for a sleek timeless look.
Please be aware that the edges of your unique bandana may be slightly wavy. This is due to the delicate nature of our premium soft fabrics. Shrinkage is normal and to be expected. It will be more apparent in the natural fabrics. Shrinkage is 2-8%. As your bandana is made by hand there can be slight variances in dimensions, measurements and shape.

Our Real Silk Satin is a lightweight and smooth fabric weighing 85 gsm. The 100% silk satin glides between your fingers, and the breathable qualities keep you cool in the summer.
